This online session delivered by Niamh O’Donnell, Director, Irish Theatre Institute and Grainne Pollak, Project Manager, Safe to Create, will provide information about the training, resources and supports Safe to Create has to offer, including how to sign up to and implement the Code of Behaviour.
The Code of Behaviour aims to ensure everyone working in the arts and creative sectors knows their employee rights, their employer obligations and what services and supports exist when they need support.
Safe to Create is a collaborative programme of support looking to transform workplace culture and practices, and to provide safe and respectful working conditions for those working in the arts and creative sectors. For more information visit: safetocreate.ie
